“ Such a cute bqq restaurant! Authentic southern charm all the way through! 13.95 lunch buffet with all you can eat bqq, chicken, meatloaf & all the fixins!! Banana pudding & peach cobbler with dessert! & the best sweet tea. Definitely worth stopping! There's also a store & bakery in the same building. Will definitely come back! ”

“ Wow!! The buffet is an incredible deal at lunch! The food is so good. Loved the mashed potatoes, meatloaf, bbq, beans, rice and gravy, everything was outstanding. The apple cobbler was the best I’ve ever had, it was so sweet and delicious and crispy and soft at the same time. The banana pudding was incredible. Not too sweet and perfectly made. I wish I could come back more often. ”

I don't usually get desserts but glad that I did, they were better than expected. 14 including tea that they gave us to go as well. Cant beat the quality of the food or the value. Combined, absolutely 5 stars. Just 5 minutes off the highway but worth it if it was 20. Quick, friendly service, nice environment. ”
“ This place was recommended by the hotel staff at the Holiday Inn. We arrived early on Friday at 5pm before it got busy. We went with the buffet and got to sample all of their delightful sides, meats, and desserts. The food was just what I would expect if visiting my southern grandmother. My mom is an excellent cook and she agreed this was the real deal. You'll be stuffed from trying everything, but leave room for the yummy desserts. If you want great, southern, comfort food, at a reasonable price...stop here! ”
“ Even though this is an hour drive for us, we regularly make the trip for an awesome Saturday evening dinner! We will make it a point to plan our return trips so we can stop in to pick our call ahead order. Eat in or Pick up... it’s always fresh, and delicious! Highly recommended! We do miss seeing the American flag flying... we hope it to see it back up again this summer! ”
“ Stopped by for the buffet lunch on my way up 95. I was not disappointed! Everything was excellent. The staff is super friendly and you will come away happy. I particularly enjoyed the fried chicken, their barbecue sauce, and most of the sides, including the greens and hush puppies. But give all a try as it’s delicious. ”

We were just passing through and had to try some of that famous South Carolina BBQ--I am so glad we stopped here. The rest of the staff really pulled together during a power outage, and all in all, I could see myself being a regular here if we lived in the area. ”
